蝶口蓋孔；蝶口蓋口【ちょうこうがいこう；ちょうこうがいこう】 Opening in the superior part of the pterygopalatine fossa that connects it with the nasal cavity. The palatine bone contributes the greater portion and the sphenoid the lesser portion.(蝶口蓋孔は上鼻道の後端で、蝶形骨と口蓋骨との間にある孔で、鼻腔と翼口蓋窩とを連絡する。蝶口蓋孔は鼻腔の後半部に分布する血管・神経の通路として重要である。鼻腔の外側壁の後部にある口蓋骨の垂直板の上端に蝶口蓋孔がみられる。)
