下行結腸間膜【かこうけっちょうかんまく】 Peritoneal fold attached to the descending colon. It usually fuses with the posterior wall of the abdomen in the fourth month of embryonic development.(胎生４ヶ月に後腹壁と癒着する。(Feneis))
