肩甲回旋動脈Circumflex scapular artery(Arteria circumflexa scapulae)

肩甲回旋動脈【けんこうかいせんどうみゃく】 Artery passing posteriorly through the medial (triangular) space to the infraspinous fossa. It anastomoses with the suprascapular artery.(肩甲回旋動脈は本幹より分岐後、ただちに肩甲骨の外側縁をまわって背側へ向かい、内側腋窩裂（上腕三頭筋長頭の内側でこれと小円筋、大円筋によってつくられる三角形の間隙）に出て、かつ肩甲上動脈の末端と結合して、肩甲下筋に枝を与え、さらに棘下筋、小円筋、大円筋、上腕三頭筋長頭などへ分布する。)
