前上腕回旋動脈；掌側上腕回旋動脈Anterior circumflex humeral artery(Arteria circumflexa humeri anterior; Arteria circumflexa humeri volaris)

前上腕回旋動脈；掌側上腕回旋動脈【ぜんじょうわんかいせんどうみゃく；しょうそくじょうわんかいせんどうみゃっく】 Artery that arises beneath the latissimus dorsi, at the same level as or deeper than the posterior circumflex humeral artery. It passes in front of the surgical neck of humerus to the coracobrachialis and biceps brachii and anastomoses with the posterior circumflex humeral art.(前上腕回旋動脈は細い。上腕骨の外科頚の高さで分岐して、烏口腕筋や上腕二頭筋短頭の深層で外科頚の表層に接して外方へ走り、付近の骨膜、肩関節、三角筋へ分布する。)
