内陰部静脈Internal pudendal vein(Vena pudenda interna)

内陰部静脈【ないいんぶじょうみゃく】 Vein running within the lateral wall of the ischiorectal fossa and passing through the lower portion of the greater sciatic foramen into the pelvis.(内陰部静脈は内陰部動脈に伴行するが、主として陰茎（核）深静脈のつづきとしてはじまり、坐骨直腸窩の外側壁に沿って背側へ走り、仙結節靱帯と仙棘靱帯の間を経て、梨状筋下孔から骨盤腔に入り、内腸骨静脈へそそぐ。この間、外陰部、肛門よりの静脈を入れる。)
