延髄錐体；延髄の錐体Pyramid of medulla(Pyramis medullae oblongatae)

延髄錐体；延髄の錐体【えんずいすいたい；えんずいのすいたい】 Longitudinal prominence consisting of fibers from the pyramidal tract on both sides of the anterior median fissure. It ends at the decussation of pyramids.(延髄錐体は前正中裂両側にある隆起。第一脊髄神経根を越え、錐体交叉で終わる。皮質脊髄路が通る。皮質脊髄路は延髄下端で、外側皮質脊髄路と前皮質脊髄路に分かれる。錐体路の線維の85%以上は錐体交叉により外側皮質脊髄路に入る。)
