上眼窩裂Superior orbital fissure(Fissura orbitalis superior)

上眼窩裂【じょうがんかれつ】 Opening in the upper part of the orbit between the greater and lesser wings of the sphenoid that connects the cranial and orbital cavities. It transmits the ophthalmic, oculomotor, trochlear, and abducens nerves and the superior ophthalmic vein.(眼窩の外側壁の後端には、上壁との間に上眼窩裂（蝶形骨の大翼および小翼の間にある上部裂隙）がある。上眼窩裂は頭蓋腔（中頭蓋窩）に通じ、眼筋の支配神経（動眼神経・滑車神経・外転神経）・眼神経・上眼静脈が通る。)
