胸腰筋膜Thoracolumbar fascia(Fascia thoracolumbalis)

胸腰筋膜【きょうようきんまく】 Fascial sheath enclosing the erector spinae. Together with the vertebral column, its spinous processes, and costal surfaces, it forms an osteofascial canal that encases the erector spinae. It consists of three layers that radiate into the following muscles: transverse abdominal, serratus posterior, latissimus dorsi, and sometimes the internal oblique muscle of the abdomen.(固有背筋を包み、脊柱の棘突起、椎弓、横突起とともに固有背筋の鞘を形成する。後葉、中葉、前葉に分かれる。また後葉と中葉は脊柱起立筋を包み。中葉と前葉は腰方形筋を包む。内側は棘突起と棘上靱帯、外側は肋骨角と腰椎肋骨突起、下方は腸骨稜と仙骨後面につき、上方は項筋膜につづく。部分的に肥厚して腱膜下する。とくに腰部では下後棘筋、広背筋の腱膜と重なって癒着して著しく厚くなり、胸腰筋膜の後葉または浅葉（＝腰背筋膜）という。胸部では腱膜のように線維を包み、一部では頚板上筋および最張筋と癒着してそれぞれの起始および停止をなす。また腰部では固有背筋の前を包む腱膜があって第１２肋骨、腰椎の肋骨突起および腸骨稜の間に張り外側は２分して腰背筋腱膜と腹横筋の起始腱膜とにつづく。この部分を前葉または深葉（＝腰腱膜）という。腰腱膜は腰背腱膜に連なるだけでなく、外側のも延びて内腹斜筋と腹横筋の起始腱膜となっている。)
