小指対立筋（手の）【しょうしたいりつきん（ての）】 o:Hook of hamate, flexor retinaculum. i: Fifth metacarpal. Opposition of the little finger. I: Ulnar nerve.(小指対立筋は小指外転筋と短小指屈筋の下に位置する。筋は有鈎骨鈎と屈筋支帯から第５中手骨の尺側縁に至る。この筋は小指を対立位にもたらす。尺骨神経の深枝(C8とTh1）から支配を受ける。)
