• 944_00【Palm手掌；テノヒラ Palma; Vola】
  　→(手根部と中手部の前面を合わせていう。)

• 944_01【Radius橈骨 Radius】 One of the two bones of the forearm. It is lateral to the ulna.
  　→(橈骨は前前腕の２本の骨のうち、外側の短い方にある長管状骨（男約２２ｃｍ、女約２０ｃｍ）で、上端と下端で前腕の内側（尺側または小指側）にある尺骨と関節する。下端は上端に比して著しく大きい。上端には円盤状の橈骨頭があり、円板の外周にあたる部分は尺骨の橈骨切痕と橈骨輪状靱帯に接する。また、橈骨頭の上面は浅いくぼみになっており（橈骨頭窩）、上腕骨の小頭と関節をつくる。橈骨頭のすぐ下で橈骨体に移行する部分は急に細くなってなってくびれており、橈骨頚という。橈骨体は上端を除く大部分が三角柱状で、全体として外側に弓形にまたがっており、前後および外側の３面と前後および内側の３縁が区別される。内側縁は他の２縁と異なり鋭い稜線になっており、骨間縁とよばれる。この縁と尺骨の同名縁との間には前腕骨間膜が張っている。橈骨頚のすぐ下で橈骨体の前内側には卵円形にもり上がった橈骨粗面があり、上腕二頭筋の腱が停止する。また、外側面には回内筋の停止する粗面（回内筋粗面）がある。橈骨下端の外側面には茎状突起という下方に伸びる突起があり、内側面には三角形の関節面をもった尺骨切痕があり、尺骨の関節環状面と関節をつくる。また、後面には３～４個の縦に走る溝がある。橈骨下端の下面にあるくぼみは手根関節面で中央にある弱い隆線によって内外二つの関節面に分けられている。内側の関節面には月状骨が、外側のものには舟状骨が接している。語源Radiusは一点から放散する光り、放線、転じて車輪の幅（スポーク）を意味し、この骨の形が幅に似ているところから命名された。また橈は、かい、オールを意味する。)

• 944_02【Anterior interosseous nerve; Volar interosseus of median nerve前骨間神経；前前腕骨間神経；掌側前腕骨間神経 Nervus interosseus antebrachii anterior; Nervus interosseus antebrachii volaris】 Nerve arising at the elbow from the posterior side of the median nerve and running on the interosseous membrane. Distribution area: wrist joint, intercarpal joints, flexor pollicis Iongus, flexor digitorum profundus (radial portion), and pronator quadratus.
  　→(前前腕骨間神経は円回内筋の高さで分かれて同名の動脈とともに前腕骨間膜の掌側を下り、長母指屈筋、深指屈筋橈側頭、方形回内筋に分布するほか、橈骨と尺骨の骨間膜に枝を出す。)

• 944_03【Pronator quadratus muscle方形回内筋 Musculus pronator quadratus】 o: Distal one-fourth of the anterior surface of ulna, i: Distal onefourth of the anterior surface of radius. Forearm pronation. 1: Median nerve.
  　→(方形回内筋は尺骨と橈骨の下１／４の前面で両者を結合しているので、尺骨の起始部は前縁を少し回って内側面に達している。)

• 944_04【Abductor pollicis brevis muscle短母指外転筋 Musculus abductor pollicis brevis】 o: Scaphoid, flexor retinaculum. i: Thumb, proximal phalanx, radial sesamoid bone, dorsal aponeurosis. Abducts and flexes the thumb. I: Median nerve.
  　→(短母指外転筋は表層にあり、母指対立筋をほぼ完全におおっている。筋は屈筋支帯と舟状骨結節から起こり、母指基節関節包に埋め込まれている橈側種子骨、基節骨底の外側縁ならびに指背腱膜に付く。正中神経（C8とTh1）から支配を受ける。)

• 944_06a【Proper palmar digital nerves固有掌側指神経 Nervi digitales palmares proprii; Nervi digitales volares proprii】 Terminal branches of the common palmar digital nerves. They supply the skin of the palmar side of the radial 3'A fingers and the skin of the dorsal side of the 2'A radial distal phalanges.
  　→(固有掌側指神経は総掌側指神経の終糸。掌側では橈側３と１／２指の皮膚を、背側では橈側２と１／２指の皮膚を支配する。)

• 944_07【Median nerve正中神経 Nervus medianus】 Nerve formed by the medial and lateral cords.

• 944_08【Ulnar nerve尺骨神経 Nervus ulnaris】 Nerve arising from the medial cord that initially travels in the medial bicipital groove, pierces the medial intermuscular septum of the arm, and, after traversing the groove for the ulnar nerve, penetrates the flexor carpi ulnaris.
  　→(腕神経叢の枝であり、上腕の内側後部を下り肘頭の内（尺）側に達してから前面に近づき、尺側手根筋と深指屈筋（尺骨半）への筋枝を出したのち前腕を下りながら途中で手背尺側半の皮膚に分布する背側指神経および手掌尺側半の皮膚に分布する一つの皮枝を出す。手掌部に達した尺骨神経の本幹は短掌筋、小指外転筋、短小指屈筋、小指対立筋、尺側の虫様筋、短母指屈筋の深頭、母指内転筋、および骨間筋への筋枝を出すほか、総掌側指神経とその末梢側のつづきである固有掌側指神経になり小指および薬指の表面をおおう皮膚に分布する。)

• 944_09【Flexor pollicis brevis muscle短母指屈筋（手の） Musculus flexor pollicis brevis】 Same attachment site as abductor pollicis brevis. Flexion, abduction, adduction, and opposition at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb.
  　→(短母指屈筋は短母指外転筋の内側に位置する。その起始部は長母指屈筋の腱で浅頭と深頭に分けられ、浅頭は屈筋支帯に、深頭は橈側遠位手根骨から起こる（２頭は発生的に異なる起源である）。短母指屈筋の終末腱は短母指外転筋の腱と融合し、短母指外転筋と並んで橈側種子骨、母指の基節骨ならびに指背腱膜に付く。浅頭は正中神経に、深頭は尺骨神経から支配を受ける(C8とTh1)。)

  　→(母指内転筋は手掌腱膜、長指屈筋ならびに第１と第２虫様筋で被われ、２頭の起始を持つ。斜頭は手根骨、手根骨から放散する靱帯線維束および第２中手骨底から起こる。横頭は第３中手骨の掌側面から起始し、手掌の深部を横切る。両頭の総終末腱は近位中手骨指節関節の尺側種子骨と母指基節骨底に付く。この筋は内転筋で、母指を対立位にしたり屈曲したりするときに協力的に働く。尺骨神経の深枝(C8とTh1）から支配を受ける。)

• 944_11【Palmar interosseous muscles掌側骨間筋 Musculi interossei palmares; Musculi interossei volares】 o: Second, fourth, and fifth metacarpals. i: Bases and dorsal aponeuroses of the proximal phalanges of the index, ring, and little fingers. Adduction toward the middle finger. Flexion of metacarpophalangeal joint, extension of interphalangeal joints. I: Ulnar nerve.
  　→(掌側骨間筋は、それぞれ中手骨から起こり、対応する指の指背腱膜に付く。筋は第２、第３および第５指が中指に向かって内転できるように配列さえている。中指は掌側骨間筋を欠く。第１掌側骨間筋はしたがって第２中手骨の尺側に位置し、第２と第３掌側骨間筋は第４と第５中手骨の橈側から起こる。母指の“掌側骨間筋”は母指内転筋に取り込まれている。)

• 944_12【Lumbrical muscles of hand虫様筋［手の］ Musculi lumbricales manus】 o: Tendons of flexor digitorum profundus. i: Doral aponeuroses of second through fifth fingers. Flexion of metacarpophalangeal joint, extension of interphalangeal joints. I: Ulnar nerve.
  　→(第４つの虫様筋は、各々深指屈筋の腱の橈側から起こり、そのため深指屈筋の収縮中緊張する。虫様筋は深横中手靱帯の掌側を遠位に向かい、したがって指の対応する基節関節の屈曲軸の掌側を走る。それらの腱は橈側から指背腱膜に入る。腱停止部の近位線維は基節骨の背側面をほぼ横断するのに対し、遠位線維は中節骨と末節骨の背側面を斜走する。)

• 944_13【Ulna尺骨 Ulna】 Medial forearm bone.
  　→(橈骨と並んで前腕の内側（小指側）にある長管状骨（男約24cm、女21～22cm）で、上下の両端と体が区分される。この骨は橈骨とは逆に上端部が大きく下端部が細い。上端には前上方から深く切れ込んだ滑車切痕があって上腕骨滑車と関節する。滑車切痕の中央には上腕骨の滑車のくぼみに対応する弱い高まりが縦に走っている。滑車切痕の下端は前方に付きだして鈎状突起となり、切痕の後面は著しく肥厚して肘頭を形づくっている。また、滑車切痕の下外側には橈骨切痕があり、橈骨の関節輪状面に接する。橈骨体は橈骨の骨間部でゆるくＳ状に弯曲しており、前面には、滑車切痕のすぐ下に尺骨粗面がある。橈骨切痕の下縁から下方に向かう高まりは回外筋の起始するところである（回外筋稜）。橈骨体には前後および外側の３縁と前後内側の３面が区別出来るが、外側縁は鋭く外側へ張り出し、骨間縁とよばれる。尺骨の下端は小さな鈍円状のふくらみになっていていて尺骨頭の外周には橈骨の尺骨粗面と関節をつくる関節環状面がある。また、尺骨下端の内側面には茎状突起という細くて小さな突起がみられる。語源はギリシャ語のOlein（ヒジ）に由来する。また、Olecranon（肘頭）はOleinのcranon（頭）という意味である。)

• 944_14a【Flexor carpi ulnaris muscle尺側手根屈筋 Musculus flexor carpi ulnaris】 Muscle that attaches on the pisiform, via the pisohamate ligament on the hamate, and via the pisometacarpal ligament on the fifth metacarpal. Flexes and abducts the hand toward the ulna.
  　→(尺側手根屈筋は屈筋群の尺側外縁を形成している。上腕頭は上腕骨の内側上顆と内側上腕筋間中隔から起こる。尺骨頭は肘頭、尺骨後縁の近位２／３と前腕筋膜から起こる。２頭は腱性の帯で結合しており、この下を尺骨神経が前腕の屈側に向かう。筋の腱は（尺骨神経、尺骨動・静脈の）尺側前腕路の内側の境をなす。この腱は手根管を通らず、豆状骨に停止した後、豆鈎靱帯と豆中手靱帯で有鈎骨と第５中手骨に至る。筋の腱中に種子骨として豆状骨の停止部があるため、回転軸からの距離が増し、尺側手根屈筋は手掌を曲げるのに有利なトルク（回転力）を得られる。)

• 944_15【Pisiform bone豆状骨 Os pisiforme】 Bone located on the palmar side of the triquetrum. It is actually a sesamoid bone embedded in the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle.
  　→(豆状骨は尺側手根屈筋腱のなかの半球状の種子骨である。三角骨に向く側に関節面がある。)

• 944_16【Deep branch of ulnar nerve深枝；深掌枝（尺骨神経の） Ramus profundus nervus ulnaris】 Deep branch of the ulnar nerve. It curves around the hamulus, supplies the hypothenar muscles, the interossei, the two ulnar lumbricals, adductor pollicis, and the deep head of flexor pollicis brevis.
  　→(尺骨神経の深枝は尺骨動脈の深掌枝や深掌動脈弓に伴行して手首の関節、第３、第４虫様筋、掌側・背側骨間筋、母趾内転筋、短母趾屈筋の深頭に分布する。)

• 944_17【Muscular branches of ulnar nerve筋枝（尺骨神経の） Rami musculares nervus ulnaris】 Branches to the flexor carpi ulnaris and ulnar portion of the flexor digitorum profundus.

Plantar flexion and abduction of fifth toe. Forms the lateral margin of foot. I: Lateral plantar nerve.
  　→(小指外転筋は豆状骨、豆鈎靱帯および屈筋支帯から起きる。筋は小指の基節骨底の尺側縁に付き、指背腱膜へも放散する。この筋の一部は小指の伸筋腱膜へも入り込む。機能的にはこの筋は純粋な外転筋である尺骨神経の深枝(C8とTh1）から支配を受ける。)

• 944_20【Flexor digiti minimi brevis muscle of hand短小指屈筋（手の） Musculus flexor digiti minimi brevis manus】 o: Hook of hamate, flexor retinaculum. i: Palmar surface of the base of the proximal phalanx. Flexion at the metacarpophalangeal joint. I: Ulnar nerve.
  　→(短小指屈筋は通常明確な境界がなく、橈側に付いており、屈筋支帯と有鈎骨鈎から起こる。停止部で小指外転筋と融合する。この筋は小指の中手指節関節の屈筋である。尺骨神経の深枝(C8とTh1）から支配を受ける。)

  　→(小指対立筋は小指外転筋と短小指屈筋の下に位置する。筋は有鈎骨鈎と屈筋支帯から第５中手骨の尺側縁に至る。この筋は小指を対立位にもたらす。尺骨神経の深枝(C8とTh1）から支配を受ける。)
