下腸間膜動脈Inferior mesenteric artery(Arteria mesenterica inferior)

下腸間膜動脈【かちょうかんまくどうみゃく】 It arises at the level of the third and fourth lumbar vertebrae and passes leftward to the descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum.(下腸間膜動脈は腹大動脈の第三・第四腰椎の高さより起こり、左方へ向かい左結腸動脈、Ｓ状結腸動脈、上直腸動脈に分枝する。中結腸動脈、中直腸動脈と吻合する。)
