- 586_01【Oesophagus; Esophagus食道 Oesophagus; Esophagus】 Passageway measuring 23-26 cm in length that begins below the cricoid cartilage at the level of the sixth cervical vertebra and ends at the cardia of the stomach.
→(食道は咽頭につづき、下方は胃に流入する長い管で、狭義の消化管の最初の部分である。輪状軟骨下縁（上食道狭窄）にはじまり、脊柱の前を下って胃の噴門部に接合するまで、全長２３～２６ｃｍ。内腔は適宜拡がり、義歯を飲み込んだ例もある。内腔の狭い部分は上端（上食道狭窄）、大動脈弓・気管支と交叉する部分（中食道狭窄）、下端（下食道狭窄）の３カ所で、上下端では内腔が普通は閉じ、括約筋の存在が想定されている。食道を上から頚部・胸部・腹部に分ける。頚部は脊椎の前にある部分、胸部は以下横隔膜で、腹部は横隔膜の食道裂孔を抜けて腹腔内に入り、噴門部に流入する短い部分である。食道の壁の粘膜は重層扁平上皮におおわれ、粘膜筋板を有し、食道腺が散在する。上部または下端に食道噴門腺をみる。筋層は上部で横紋筋、下部で平滑筋で、平滑筋束の一部は気管支食道筋、胸膜食道筋として、周囲の器官に連続する。筋層の外側は疎性結合組織性の外膜におおわれる。)
- 586_02Haller's tripus【Coeliac trunk; Celiac trunk; Celiac artery腹腔動脈 Truncus coeliacus】 Frequently a common trunk of the left gastric, common hepatic, and splenic arteries at the level of the twelfth thoracic vertebra. The left gastric artery ca. also branch off of the aorta earlier.

- 586_03【Superior mesenteric artery上腸間膜動脈 Arteria mesenterica superior】 Second unpaired aortic branch. It arises about 1 cm below the celiac trunk at the level of the first lumbar vertebra. It initially runs behind the pancreas, then on the uncinate process and gives off branches to the mesentery and mesocolon. It supplies the head of pancreas, the small intestine as far as the superior part of duodenum, and the colon up to the splenic flexure.
→(上腸間膜動脈は腹腔動脈の約１～２ｃｍ下方（第１腰椎の高さ）で、腹大動脈の前側から起こる。動脈ははじめ膵臓の後ろを走り、膵臓の頭の左側に沿って前方に出て、十二指腸水平部の前面を下行し、小腸間膜のなかに入る。小腸間膜内で、左方にやや凸のカーブを描いて右腸骨窩に向かって下行し、下膵十二指腸動脈、空腸動脈、腸骨動脈、回結腸動脈、虫垂動脈、右結腸動脈、中結腸動脈に分布する。上膵十二指腸動脈、左結腸動脈と吻合する。)
- 586_04【Abdominal aorta腹大動脈；大動脈腹部 Pars abdominalis aortae; Aorta abdominalis】 Segment of the aorta extending from the aortic hiatus of the diaphragm to its bifurcation at the fourth lumbar vertebral body.
→(腹大動脈は下行大動脈の腹腔内にある部分で、胸大動脈のつづきとして横隔膜大動脈裂孔にはじまり、脊柱前面を下行したあと、第４腰椎の高さで左右の総腸骨動脈を分岐して、細い正中仙骨動脈に移行する。胸大動脈とは反対に臓側枝が豊富でかつ協力である。)

→(腰動脈は通常４対あり、腹大動脈より起こり、腰椎、背筋、腹壁に分布する。肋間動脈、肋下動脈、上・下腹壁動脈、深腸骨回旋動脈、腸腰動脈と吻合。固有背筋に向かって分岐した背枝からは脊髄枝が起こり、椎間孔を通って脊髄に入る。)
- 586_06【Diaphragm横隔膜 Diaphragma】 Dome-shaped musculofibrous septum dividing thoracic and abdominal cavities. I: Phrenic nerve.
→(横隔膜は胸腔と腹腔との境を作る膜状筋で、胸郭下口の周りから起こる。この起始部を腰椎部、肋骨部、胸骨部の３部に分ける。これらの部から出る筋束は全体として円蓋のように胸腔に盛り上がって集まり、中央部の腱膜につく。これを腱中心という。横隔膜の上面は胸内筋膜および胸膜と心膜、下面は横隔膜筋膜（横筋筋膜の一部）および腹膜（肝臓その他の臓器が接する部分を除いて）被われる。ドーム状の横隔膜は胸腔の床および腹腔の天井となる。閉鎖した筋腱様のしきりは哺乳類の特質である。横隔膜は最重要な呼吸筋である。筋素材は系統発生的に第３～５の頚部筋節から由来し、頚神経叢からの横隔神経(C4(3,5)）に支配される。筋性横隔膜は腰椎部、肋骨部、胸骨部から形成される。)

→(正中仙骨動脈は腹大動脈の左・右総腸骨動脈への分岐部においてその後上方からおこり、仙骨前面の正中線を下行する細い動脈であり、大動脈の直接のつづきとみなされる。先端にはパラガングリオンに属する尾骨小体がある。この動脈の壁側枝は肋間動脈と腰動脈に相当するもので、その第１対をとくに最下腰動脈と呼ぶ。)
- 586_11【Inferior epigastric artery下腹壁動脈 Arteria epigastrica inferior】 It arises dorsally from the inguinal ligament and ascends to the inner surface of the rectus abdominis. producing the lateral umbilical fold. It anastomoses with the superior epigastric artery.
→(下腹壁動脈は鼡径靱帯のすぐ上方で外腸骨動脈よりおこり、壁側腹膜におおわれながら深鼠径輪の内側に沿って上方に走って前腹壁に入る。まもなく横筋筋膜を貫き、弓状線の前を通って腹直筋と腹直筋鞘後葉との間を上行し、この筋に枝を与えながら筋中で上腹壁動脈と吻合しておわる。深鼠径輪の内側を通るときに、鼡径管の内容物である精管または子宮円索の内側を経て上行する。)

→(下横隔動脈は対性で大動脈裂孔直下でおこり、横隔膜下面に分布する。経過中に、副腎に対し上副腎（腎上体）動脈を与える。なお、下横隔動脈は時として腹腔動脈幹から起こることがある。)

- 586_16【Renal artery腎動脈 Arteria renalis】 Artery usually arising in front of the first lumbar vertebra and passing to the kidney after ramifying.
→(腎動脈は上腸間膜動脈の約1cm下方（第２腰椎の高さ）で腹大動脈から左右両側にほぼ直角にでて、腎門に向かって横走する。右腎動脈は左腎動脈に比べてやや長く、下大静脈・膵島・十二指腸下行部の後ろを右方に走る。左腎動脈は膵体の後ろを左走する。腎動脈は腎門近くで前枝と後枝とに分かれる。前枝は後枝より大きく、２～３本で腎盂の前を走り、さらに上下に分岐するので、全体で約４本の枝に分かれる。後枝は腎盂の後ろを走る。このように、腎動脈は一般に約５本の枝に分岐する。これらの分枝は、それぞれ、終動脈で、各枝の分布域は他の分布域との間に吻合をもたない。このような各動脈を区域動脈といい、各分布域を腎区域という。こうして、腎臓は上区動脈、上前区動脈、下前区動脈、下区動脈および後区動脈の５区動脈に分けられる。区域動脈はさらに葉間動脈、弓状動脈、小葉間動脈に分かれる。)

→(精巣動脈は大動脈より起こり、尿管枝、精巣挙筋動脈、精巣上体枝に分布し、精巣、尿管、精巣挙筋、精巣上体に分布する。腎動脈、下腹壁動脈、精管動脈の枝と吻合する。)
- 586_19【Inferior mesenteric artery下腸間膜動脈 Arteria mesenterica inferior】 It arises at the level of the third and fourth lumbar vertebrae and passes leftward to the descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum.
→(下腸間膜動脈は腹大動脈の第三・第四腰椎の高さより起こり、左方へ向かい左結腸動脈、Ｓ状結腸動脈、上直腸動脈に分枝する。中結腸動脈、中直腸動脈と吻合する。)
- 586_20【Common iliac artery総腸骨動脈 Arteria iliaca communis】 It extends from the aortic bifurcation at the fourth lumbar vertebra to its division into the internal and external iliac arteries in front of the sacroiliac joint. Its branches are insignificant.
→(総腸骨動脈は腹部大動脈の第四腰椎の前で大動脈から分かれる左右１対の終枝。仙骨岬角のレベルにおける仙腸関節の前で、内・外腸骨動脈に分枝する。とくに記載するほどの枝はない。)
- 586_21【External iliac artery外腸骨動脈 Arteria iliaca externa】 Second branch of the common iliac artery, which continues as the femoral artery.
→(外腸骨動脈は総腸骨動脈からつづいて、仙腸関節の前面で内腸骨動脈とわかれたあと、大腰筋の内側縁に沿って下行し、鼡径靱帯のほぼ中央でその下を通過して大腿前面出て、大腿動脈に移行する。内腸骨動脈から分かれて、鼡径靱帯の下を通過するまでの部分を指す。)
