総腸骨動脈Common iliac artery(Arteria iliaca communis)

総腸骨動脈【そうちょうこつどうみゃく】 It extends from the aortic bifurcation at the fourth lumbar vertebra to its division into the internal and external iliac arteries in front of the sacroiliac joint. Its branches are insignificant.(総腸骨動脈は腹部大動脈の第四腰椎の前で大動脈から分かれる左右１対の終枝。仙骨岬角のレベルにおける仙腸関節の前で、内・外腸骨動脈に分枝する。とくに記載するほどの枝はない。)
