328_00【Pubic symphysis; Pubis symphysis; Symphysis pubis恥骨結合 Symphysis pubica】 Cartilaginous joint between the rami of the pubis.
　→(恥骨結合は骨盤前面で左右の恥骨が正中線上で向かい合ってできる連結。両側の恥骨結合面がうすい硝子軟骨に被われ、その間に線維軟骨でできる恥骨間円板が連結する。その構造は椎間円板の線維輪に似る。女性では妊娠時にこの結合は弱められ、またこのことは分娩時における新生児の頭の産道通過を助ける。モルモットなどでは、女性ホルモンの投与によって、実験的にこの結合を弱めることができる。付属する靱帯に次のものがある。（１）上恥骨靱帯：恥骨結合の上縁で左右の恥骨を結ぶ。（２）恥骨弓靱帯：恥骨結合の下縁で、左右の恥骨下枝を結び、恥骨弓をつくる。下面で尿生殖膜との間隙を陰茎静脈が通る。　Symphysisははsyn（一緒に）physis（生える）、すなわち「自然に癒合したもの」という意味である。解剖学用語としてのsymphysisは線維軟骨結合という一般名詞であるが、慣用的にはpubicaという形容詞なしでも恥骨結合を指すことが多い。正しい読み方はスィンフィスィスである。)

328_01【Acetabulum寛骨臼 Acetabulum】 Articular fossa of the hip joint formed by the ilium, pubis, and ischium.
　→(寛骨の外側面の中央部で腸骨、恥骨、坐骨の３骨の合するところには大腿骨と股関節をつくる深い寛骨臼がある。大腿骨頭の先端には長さ約３ｃｍの関節内靱帯（大腿骨頭靱帯）がついており、これが関節窩（寛骨臼）の切痕部に付着している。寛骨臼はその辺縁に線維軟骨性の関節唇が取り巻いてその深さをましている。寛骨臼(Acetabulum)はラテン語のacetum（酢）＋abrum（支持台・入れ物）の縮小形abulumからきたacetabulum（酢を入れる小さなびん）に由来する。)

328_02【Transverse acetabular ligament寛骨臼横靱帯 Ligamentum transversum acetabuli】 Ligament that spans the acetabular notch and augments the acetabulum.
　→(関節唇は寛骨臼切痕のところではその上を超架して寛骨臼横靱帯を作り、これと切痕との間の間隙を取って柄まわりの脂肪組織が血管とともに関節腔に入り込む。)

328_03【Anterior inferior iliac spine下前腸骨棘 Spina iliaca anterior inferior】 Bony projection at the anterior border of the ilium giving origin to the rectus femoris muscle.
　→(腸骨稜の前縁は上前腸骨棘にはじまり、その下にくぼんだ部を隔てて下前腸骨棘があり、それから寛骨臼の前上縁に達する。)

328_04【Obturator canal閉鎖管 Canalis obturatorius】 Canal formed by the obturator groove of the pubis and the obturator membrane for the passage of the obturator vessels and the obturator nerve.
　→(閉鎖孔の上縁で、恥骨上肢の下面にある閉鎖溝と閉鎖膜の上縁によってつくられる管で、外上後方から内下前方に向かって走り、閉鎖動静脈・神経が通る。)

328_05【Pubic tubercle恥骨結節 Tuberculum pubicum】 Tubercle situated anterolateral to the pubic symphysis.
　→(恥骨櫛の前端の付近に上方に突出する小さな恥骨結節がある。)

328_06【Superior pubic ligament上恥骨靱帯；恥骨靱帯 Ligamentum pubicum superius; Ligamentum pubicum】 Fibrous band that connects the upper borders of the pubis.
　→(恥骨結合の上縁には上恥骨靱帯が横走する。)

328_07【Interpubic disc; Interpubic fibrocartilage恥骨間円板；恥骨間[線維軟骨]板 Discus interpubicus; Fibrocartilago interpubica; Lamina fibrocartilaginea interpubica】 Fibrocartilage plate that in the adult often has a midline cavity. Its lateral surfaces present hyaline cartilage for articulation with the hip bones.
　→(左右の恥骨結合面の間を線維軟骨性の恥骨間円板が連結する。恥骨間円板の前後面は恥骨の骨膜につづく線維膜で被われる。)

328_09【Obturator membrane閉鎖膜 Membrana obturatoria】 Membrane that closes the obturator foramen except for a superomedial opening that forms a portion of the obturator canal. Origin of the obturator intemus and externus muscles.
　→(閉鎖膜は閉鎖孔の縁から起こって閉鎖管を除いた大部分を閉鎖する靱帯性の薄膜で、おもに横走する線維束よりなる。閉鎖膜の内外両面は、周囲の骨とともにそれぞれ内閉鎖筋および外閉鎖筋の起始となる。)

328_10【Ischial tuberosity坐骨結節 Tuber ischiadicum】 Bony prominence at the inferior border of the lesser sciatic notch.
　→(小坐骨切痕より下方の坐骨体は、その後面に大きな楕円形の坐骨結節を作っている。坐骨結節の表面は大腿後面の筋群に起始を与えるために非常に粗になっている。また坐骨結節は腰掛けるときに椅子の面に接して、体重を支える場所である。)
