- 408_01【Frontal sinus前頭洞 Sinus frontalis】 It can extend beyond the squamous part of frontal bone into the orbital part of frontal bone. It opens below the middle nasal concha above the sphenoidal sinus.

- 408_02Horner's muscle【Deep part; Lacrimal part (of orbicularis oculi muscle)深部；涙嚢部（眼輪筋の） Pars profunda; Pars lacrimalis; Pars sacci lacrimalis (Musculus orbicularis oculi); Musculus lacrimalis】 Bundle of fibers that originate from the posterior lacrimal crest behind the lacrimal sac, encircles the lacrimal canaliculi, and extends to the lacrimal papilla. Its pulling action dilates the lacrimal sac.

- 408_04【Bony nasal cavity鼻腔；骨鼻腔 Cavitas nasalis ossea】
→(骨鼻腔は顔面頭蓋の中央に位置し、西洋梨状の梨状口で前方に開いている。梨状口は鼻骨と上顎骨とで囲まれる。正中矢状面にある鼻骨中隔によって左右に分けられている。骨部腔には上・下・内側・外側の４壁と、前方・後方の２個の交通路がある。上壁は大部分が篩骨篩板、一部分が鼻骨前頭骨、蝶形骨よりなる。下壁は上顎骨口蓋突起と口蓋骨水平板よりなる。内側壁は鼻中隔で篩骨垂直板と鋤骨よりなる。口側壁はその構造が複雑で上顎骨体、上顎骨前頭突起、口蓋骨垂直板、蝶形骨翼状突起内側板、下鼻甲介、篩骨、涙骨よりなる。前方の交通路は梨状口をもって顔面に開口する。後方の交通路は上鼻道、中鼻道、下鼻道の３個の鼻道が合して鼻咽道につづき後鼻孔をもって外頭蓋底に開口する。鼻骨腔の後上部で蝶形骨体の前面で上鼻甲介と篩骨垂直板との間にある部分を蝶篩陥凹といい篩骨垂直板との間にある部分を蝶篩陥凹といい蝶形骨洞がここに開口する。下鼻道には涙骨管が開口しているが、鼻液管は上顎骨の涙嚢溝を涙骨の涙骨鈎と下鼻甲介の涙骨突起が内側からおおって形成されている。また外側壁の後部は口蓋骨垂直板よりなるが、その眼窩突起と蝶形骨突起との間の深い切れ込みを蝶口蓋切痕といい、これが蝶形骨体底部と合して蝶口蓋孔を形成し、この孔をもって骨鼻腔は翼口蓋窩と交通している。)

- 408_06【Lateral palpebral raphe外側眼瞼縫線 Raphe palpebralis lateralis】 Thin band on the lateral palpebral ligament that is reinforced by the orbicularis oculi.
