オトガイ筋Mentalis muscle(Musculus mentalis)

オトガイ筋【おとがいきん】 Muscle that radiates from the mandible at the height of the roots of the incisor teeth into the skin of the chin (chin cleft). I: Facial nerve.(オトガイ筋は口角下制筋下にあり、下顎骨の側切歯の部分で起始する。オトガイ筋はオトガイ皮膚にむかって斜内側下方へ走り、オトガイのクボミをつくり、しかも下唇を口輪筋と一緒に前方へ突出させることに関与する（子供の口をとがらす状況）。参考：旧名は頤筋。収縮するとオトガイ部に小さい凸凹ができる。)
