781_00【Testis; Testicle精巣；睾丸 Testis; Orchis】 About 5 cm long.
　→(精巣は睾丸ともいい、男性の性腺。精巣上体とともに陰嚢中にある。重量約８．４g。左の精巣は、通常は右の精巣よりやや大きい。上端、下端、外側面、内側面、前縁、後縁を区別する。表面は結合組織性の白膜におおわれ、白膜は実質内にやや膨隆して精巣縦隔をつくり、そこからさらに精巣中隔が伸び出して、精巣実質を約300の精巣小葉に分ける。小葉は迂曲する精細管（曲精細管）で占められる。精細管は精子を形成する部分で、精巣縦隔に近い部分では直精細管となり、これは縦隔内の網状の精巣網に合流、精巣網はさらに１０～２０本の精巣輸出管につながる。精巣付近には発生時の構造の遺残がいくつかみられる。精巣垂はミューラー管Muellerian ductの上端部の遺残である。また、精巣上体の頭部に同様の小体がある。これは精巣上体垂でウォルフ管Wolffian duct上端の中腎細管の遺残である。)

781_00a【Epididymis精巣上体；副睾丸 Epididymis】 Lying on the posteromedial surface of the mediastinum of testis, it serves to store spermatozoa.
　→(精巣上体は副睾丸ともいい、精子を精巣から精管へ送る通路である。精巣の上端から後縁にかけてこれに接し、共通の皮膜に囲まれる。重量的２ｇ。精巣上端に近い方から、精巣上体頭、体、尾の３部を分け、精巣上体尾は精管に移行する。頭は迂曲する精巣輸出管を含み、各輸出管は結合組織で仕切られて、精巣上体小葉をつくる。最上位の精巣輸出管に他の管が合流し、１本になったものが精巣上体間で、これが頭からはじまってきわめて迂曲し、体尾を構成する。これがそのまま精管に移行する。)

781_01【Ductus deferens; Deferent duct精管 Ductus deferens; Vas deferens】 The course of the ca. 50 cm long ductus deferens is initially tortuous, then becomes straight. It is a continuation of the duct of epididymis, opening into the urethra.
　→(精巣上体からはじまる精巣の分泌管で、精巣上体尾につづく精子を送る通路。精索中にある。全長約30cm（延ばせばその２倍）、膀胱底で紡錘状に膨れ、精管膨大部といい、内部に膨大部憩室を含む。膨大部の下端で、精嚢が精嚢排出管を経て合流し、これより遠位では精管は射精管と呼ばれ、尿道前立腺部後壁にある精丘の上で、尿道に開く。)

781_04【Artery to ductus deferens; Artery to vas deferens♂; Deferential artery精管動脈 Arteria ductus deferentis; Arteria deferentialis♂】 Artery descending in the pelvis to the fundus of bladder and from that point onward accompanying the ductus deferens to the testicular artery.
　→(精管動脈は内腸骨動脈の前枝、またときには上膀胱動脈より起こり、精管、精嚢、精巣、尿管に分布する。精巣動脈、精巣挙筋動脈と吻合する。)

　→(精巣傍体は精巣の下端近くに中腎管の遺残物。精巣上体の頭部の上の、精索下部の前部に付着していることもある小体。両側とも盲端に終わる小管。中腎管の遺残物。)

781_07【Testicular artery♂精巣動脈（♂） Arteria testicularis; A. spermatica♂】 Artery arising at the level of the second lumbar vertebra. It crosses over the ureter and passes on the ductus deferens through the inguinal canal into the testes.
　→(精巣動脈は大動脈より起こり、尿管枝、精巣挙筋動脈、精巣上体枝に分布し、精巣、尿管、精巣挙筋、精巣上体に分布する。腎動脈、下腹壁動脈、精管動脈の枝と吻合する。)

781_08【Pampiniform plexus; Pampiniform venous plexus蔓状静脈叢 Plexus venosus pampiniformis】 Venous plexus around the spermatic cord.
　→(蔓状静脈叢は男性においては精巣および精巣上体より出た精巣静脈が陰嚢の内部で精索のまわりにつくる静脈叢。女性の場合は、卵巣静脈が広間膜内にこの静脈叢をつくる。)
