烏口腕筋Coracobrachialis muscle(Musculus coracobrachialis)

Pirogoff's aponeurosis烏口腕筋【うこうわんきん】 o: Coracoid process, i: Anterior surface of the middle of the humerus, provides fixation. It acts to ensure contact at the shoulder joint between the head of the humerus and the glenoid cavity. Anteversion. I: Musculocutaneous nerve.(烏口腕筋は、発生学的には上腕の腹側筋の筋群（屈筋）に属し、上腕二頭筋と上腕筋のように、筋皮神経によって支配されている。しかし、この筋は肩関節においてのみ作用する。この筋は烏口突起から上腕二頭筋短頭とともに起こり、上腕骨内側面で、小結節稜の遠位に停止する。上腕を垂れ下げた状態では、烏口腕筋は腋窩に隠れている。この筋は上腕の神経血管幹を誘導する筋として働いている。)
